Trust
What we check, what we record, and what we don't promise
Trust between companies is built on evidence. Here is exactly what Textilevisor does for it, and where it stops.
Be precise
Four things to know
What we check
New accounts are reviewed by our team before they get full access. Companies provide their own profile details, capacity and certificates; we show them as listed.
Look at a certificate? Ask the company for the number and verify it with the issuing body yourself.
What we record
Offers, price, extra services and every order step, with who made the change and when. Both companies see the same history, and a reported problem is written down with its reason.
What we don't do
- We do not hold, receive or pay out money for goods.
- We take no commission on your trades.
- We do not guarantee delivery, quality, payment or any outcome.
- We do not decide disputes or refund goods.
We sell memberships; that is all. See the Terms of Service.
Your data
You can download your data and delete your account yourself. We ask for your consent where the law requires it and record it. Read the Privacy Notice and the Cookie Notice.
Practical advice
How to protect yourself when you order
These are the habits that protect most trades, and none of them depends on us.
- Agree price, payment schedule, quality standard, delivery date and what happens if something goes wrong in writing before work starts.
- Check the other company's registration, documents and references yourself, and ask for samples.
- Avoid paying large amounts in advance. Consider staged payments, a letter of credit, a bank guarantee or trade credit insurance from a third party.
- Use "Report a problem" on the order so that both sides have a written record, then settle it directly.
Something wrong with an account? Write to or use the report option on the profile.
