How it works
One flow, each step done by the right side
Textilevisor records the order as the two companies move it forward. Every change shows who made it and when.
Before the order
From account to offer
- 1. Create and complete your account. Tell us about your company. Our team reviews it before you get full access.
- 2. Describe or find. Brands create a project (optionally with a techpack) and find manufacturers. Manufacturers browse brand requests.
- 3. Talk. Use messages to clarify the brief, samples and timing.
The order
Six steps, with an owner for each
1Offer sent
ManufacturerThe manufacturer sends an offer for the project: production price and any extra services, in US dollars. There can be only one waiting offer per project and conversation.
2Accepted
BrandThe brand accepts the offer. Either side can cancel an offer before production starts.
3In production
ManufacturerThe manufacturer starts production once payment terms are settled with the brand. Cancelling after this point needs a written reason.
4Shipped
ManufacturerThe manufacturer marks the order as shipped and can add the tracking details as a note.
5Delivered
ManufacturerThe manufacturer marks the order as delivered.
6Completed
BrandThe brand confirms receipt. If something is wrong, the brand reports a problem with a written reason instead; either side marks it resolved when it is settled.
What stays with you
Money, delivery terms and disputes are between the two companies
Textilevisor does not receive or hold payment for goods, does not take a commission and does not decide disputes. The record helps both sides, but the agreement between them is what counts.
