Cancellation & Refund Policy

How to cancel a membership, when we refund, and why refunds for goods and services you trade with other companies are not ours to give.

Draft. This text has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel and may change before launch. Details in square brackets are placeholders for the operating company.

1. Cancelling a membership

  • You can cancel in Billing at any time. The plan then stays active until the end of the period you already paid for and does not renew.
  • Cancelling does not delete your account or your data. You can resume a cancelled plan before it ends.

2. Refunds for memberships

A membership is a digital service that is made available as soon as it is paid. Therefore:

  • We do not refund the unused part of a period that has started, and we do not refund renewals you forgot to cancel.
  • We refund in full a charge that was made twice, in the wrong amount, or without your authorisation, once we have confirmed it.
  • We refund the unused part of a period if we end or materially remove the paid service during it, other than because you broke the Terms of Service.
  • Where mandatory law gives you a right of withdrawal or a refund, we respect it.

To ask for a refund, write to the contact address below with your account email and the invoice number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; the time they take to show depends on your bank.

3. Goods and services traded between companies

Textilevisor does not receive the price of goods or services that brands and manufacturers trade with each other, and it does not take a commission. Payment, returns, refunds, replacements and compensation for such trades are agreed and settled directly between the two companies. We cannot refund them, hold money for them or decide who is right.

We suggest that you:

  • agree price, payment schedule, quality standard, delivery date and what happens if something goes wrong in writing before work starts;
  • check the other company's registration, documents and references yourself;
  • avoid paying large amounts in advance; consider staged payments, a letter of credit, a bank guarantee or trade credit insurance from a third party;
  • use "Report a problem" on the order so that both sides have a written record, and then settle it directly.

4. Our commitment to you

We will run the service with reasonable care, protect your account data as described in the Privacy Notice, answer support and data-protection requests, and tell you in advance about changes to your plan or price. We make no promise about the outcome of any trade.
