CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY
The Seller is obliged to refund the total price and any documents obligating the Buyer within 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notice, and to collect the goods within 20 days.
If the value of the goods decreases due to the Buyer’s fault or if a return becomes impossible, the Buyer shall compensate the Seller’s damages in proportion to their fault. If the use of the right of withdrawal causes the order total to fall below the campaign limit set by the Seller, any discounts obtained within the scope of the campaign will be cancelled.
Books sold via www.textilevisor.com are among the products for which the RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED; therefore, the RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL IS NOT APPLICABLE.
For order cancellations, the Buyer must notify the Seller by telephone, fax, or e-mail by the end of the business day on which the order was confirmed.
In case of defective products, the Buyer may request order cancellation or replacement with an identical product.
CONSUMER RIGHTS
By placing an order electronically through this website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.
Buyers are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, the Regulation on Distance Contracts, and other applicable legislation regarding the sale and delivery of purchased products.
Shipping costs belong to the Buyers.
Each purchased product shall be delivered within 30 days to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the Buyer, unless otherwise agreed. If the product is not delivered within this period, Buyers may terminate the contract.
Products must be delivered complete, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and with accompanying documents such as a warranty certificate and user manual, if applicable.
If the product cannot be supplied, the Seller must inform the Buyer in writing within 3 days from learning this situation and refund the total amount within 14 days.
NON-PAYMENT OF THE PRODUCT PRICE
If the Buyer fails to pay for the product or cancels the payment in bank records, the Seller’s obligation to deliver the product ceases.
PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD
If it is determined after delivery that the Buyer’s payment was made via unauthorized use of a credit card by third parties, and the product price is not paid to the Seller by the bank or financial institution, the Buyer must return the product to the Seller within 3 days, with shipping costs borne by the Buyer.
FAILURE TO DELIVER ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
If unforeseen force majeure prevents timely delivery, the Seller will notify the Buyer. The Buyer may choose to cancel the order, request a replacement product, or wait until the obstacle is removed.
If the order is cancelled:
- For payments made in cash, the refund will be processed within 14 days.
- For credit card payments, the refund will be made to the bank within 14 days; however, the bank may take 2–3 weeks to transfer it to the Buyer’s account.
BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT
The Buyer must inspect the goods/services before accepting delivery and shall not accept damaged or defective products (such as dents, cracks, or torn packaging). Goods/services accepted are deemed undamaged and intact.
After delivery, the Buyer is responsible for safeguarding the product. If the right of withdrawal is to be used, the goods/services must not be used. The invoice must also be returned with the product.
DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
If the Buyer defaults on credit card payments, they acknowledge, declare, and undertake that they will pay interest and be liable to the bank within the framework of their credit card agreement with the issuing bank. In this case, the bank may pursue legal action and demand related expenses and attorney’s fees from the Buyer. The Buyer also accepts that, in the event of default, they will compensate the Seller for losses and damages incurred due to delayed performance of the debt.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal from distance sales contracts for goods within 14 days of delivery to themselves or to the person/organization designated at the delivery address, by notifying the Seller, without any legal or criminal liability and without giving any reason. For service contracts, this period starts from the date the contract is signed.
For service contracts where the performance has begun with the consumer’s approval before the withdrawal period ends, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
The costs of exercising the right of withdrawal belong to the Buyer. By accepting this contract, the Buyer acknowledges in advance that they have been informed about the right of withdrawal.
To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing via registered mail, fax, or e-mail within the 14-day period, and the product must be unused in accordance with the “Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised” provisions.
If exercised:
- The invoice of the product must be returned (if issued to a company, a return invoice must also be issued).
- A return form must be completed.
- The product must be returned in its original box, packaging, and with all standard accessories intact and undamaged.
- The Seller must refund the total price and any obligating documents within 10 days of receiving the withdrawal notice and collect the goods within 20 days.
If the product’s value decreases due to the Buyer’s fault or the return becomes impossible, the Buyer shall compensate the Seller’s damages in proportion to their fault. However, changes or deterioration caused by proper use within the withdrawal period are not the Buyer’s responsibility.
If the use of the withdrawal right reduces the order total below a campaign limit, discounts obtained under the campaign will be cancelled.
PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED
- Goods or services whose price depends on financial market fluctuations beyond the Seller’s control.
- Goods prepared according to the Buyer’s specifications or personal needs.
- Goods that may deteriorate quickly or expire.
- Goods whose protective elements (packaging, seal, etc.) have been opened after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
- Goods that, after delivery, are mixed with other products and cannot be separated by nature.
- Goods provided in physical form where packaging/seal has been opened.
- Periodicals such as newspapers or magazines, except under subscription agreements.
- Accommodation, transport, car rental, catering, or leisure-related services to be performed on a specific date or period.
- Services instantly performed electronically or intangible goods instantly delivered to the consumer.
- Services begun with the consumer’s approval before the withdrawal period ends.
Additionally, cosmetic and personal care products, underwear, swimwear, books, copyable software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, cassettes, and stationery consumables (toners, cartridges, ribbons, etc.) cannot be returned if their packaging is opened, tested, damaged, or used.
