Co., within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”), we, as the data controller, may record, classify, process, store, update, and, where permitted by legislation, transfer to third parties the personal data of our customers and employees.

With this information notice, we would like to inform you about our mutual rights and obligations pursuant to the provisions of the Law.

1- Your Personal Data and Purposes of Processing

Your personal data may be collected through various channels, such as visits to our website, purchases from our stores, your communications via telephone or e-mail, or your visits to our workplace.

In case you purchase goods or services from Sobesoft, or otherwise establish a commercial or legal relationship with us, your personal data including, but not limited to:

Identity information (name, surname, Turkish ID number, gender, date of birth)
Contact information (e-mail address, address, telephone details, IP address)
Product-related information concerning goods/services purchased within Sobesoft’s field of activity

will be processed by Sobesoft within the framework of the legal grounds specified under Article 5/2 of the Law, for the purpose of performing the contract, fulfilling legal obligations, and protecting legitimate interests.

Additionally, in order to ensure you benefit fully from our products and services, to improve the variety of our offerings, and to occasionally provide services in line with the principle of “the best product, the best service”, your personal consumption habits regarding products purchased from Sobesoft may be analyzed via automated systems. For purposes such as benefiting from customer services, consumer rights, and related opportunities, as well as preparing and presenting reports, analyses, and studies, the following personal data may be processed, provided your explicit consent is obtained:

Location data
Education and profession data
Usage habits, preferences, tastes, and likes relating to all kinds of products and services offered by Sobesoft
Financial data

2- Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data

Your personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

To enable you to benefit from products and services offered by Sobesoft and its brands
To improve our product range and provide products according to your preferences
To offer personalized marketing services in line with the principle of “the best product”
To analyze personal shopping habits through automated systems
To be used by our group companies, business partners, suppliers, and service providers
To ensure that you benefit from products/services you have purchased or shown interest in
To fulfill commercial, financial, or legal responsibilities relating to the above

If we do not already have your consent for data processing activities not falling within the legal grounds specified under Article 5/2 of the Law, we are legally obliged to request your consent. Where applicable, such consent may be obtained in writing at our stores, or digitally (via SMS, e-mail, mobile, push notifications, etc.). After reviewing the electronic communication permission text and personal data processing policy, if you approve, you will be asked to provide a one-time code (sent exclusively to your mobile phone) to our cashier, completing the consent/approval process.

3- Sharing and Transfer of Data

Personal data collected directly through our stores, websites, and mobile applications, or obtained through various channels by our company, may be shared, under necessary and adequate security and confidentiality measures, with:

Our domestic and international partners and organizations with whom we cooperate for business operations

4- Your Rights Under the Law

As a personal data owner, you may submit your requests regarding your rights through the methods regulated in the Sobesoft Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy and Data Subject Application Procedure, available at www.textilevisor.com.

Applications can be made in writing by completing the personal data application form published on our website (or another document containing the mandatory information), or electronically via:

Registered electronic mail (KEP)
Secure electronic signature
Mobile signature
The e-mail address previously notified to and registered in Sobesoft’s system
Or a software/application developed for this purpose

Sobesoft will finalize the request free of charge as soon as possible and within a maximum of thirty (30) days. However, if the process requires additional cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

Within this scope, personal data subjects have the right to:

Learn whether personal data is being processed
Request information if personal data has been processed
Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used in accordance with such purpose
Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad
Request correction if personal data is incomplete or inaccurate, and to have such corrections notified to third parties
Request the deletion or destruction of personal data when the reasons requiring its processing cease to exist, and to have this notified to third parties
Object to any result against themselves arising from analysis by automated systems
Claim compensation in case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data
